“Fantastic hotel for rainy days in Sapa”

Unfortunately we had only two days for visiting Sapa and the area with the Hmong villages and during these two days it was just raining… Armed with umbrellas, warm winter coats and brand new gumboots we explored the Cat Cat village (only 2km from the hotel) with the beautiful local market. Not really a big tour for our stay, but it was just to cold for more trips ;)
Back at the Sapa Luxury Hotel we spend the rest of the day in the charming little restaurant on the top of the building (last floor) and drunken wine, enjoyed the ambience and relaxed… The view from the balcony must be really amazing, but the fog was on these days to heavy to see anything.
Our room was absolutely big and comfortable. Two huge beds, big panorama window with balcony outside (with some fantastic couches!), clean bathroom, television, hot shower and the staff also said we can rent an extra heater if we need, but that was not necessary. Generally everybody was really friendly and helpful, so what should I write more?
We enjoyed it and would come every time back. – than maybe a little bit longer ;)
